Lisa Yen

Lisa Yen didn't come to advisory work for the numbers. She came because she understands what sits behind them.

People. Responsibility. The weight of decisions leaders carry every day.

With 25+ years across tax, business advisory, and commercial leadership, Lisa has worked alongside organisations through growth, change, and complexity. Local and international. Private enterprise and not-for-profit.

Her approach is calm, considered, and human. Clients describe her as a steady presence — someone who listens, asks the right questions and brings order to complexity. Not transactional. Not rushed. Focused on long-term value.

At board level, she is known for clarity, integrity and the courage to ask questions others avoid. She has guided boards and executive teams through transition and challenge, always with a strong ethical compass.

Her career spans senior roles at Findex, Colliers International and Coca-Cola. Today, she serves as Chair of Basketball NSW and leads HyVu Advisory with the same belief that has always guided her work:
